These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the RideGrowth Booking plugin, related software, updates and services (together, the “Product”) offered on ridegrowth.com. The website and Product are operated by Abbas Digital Agency, trading as RideGrowth (“we”, “us”, “our”). By buying, downloading or using the Product you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
1. Our reseller and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Prices shown are in US dollars; Paddle may add sales tax or VAT depending on your location, and this is shown before you pay.
2. What you are buying
The Product is a WordPress plugin that lets ride businesses (transfer, chauffeur, limousine and taxi companies) take bookings on their own website. We sell yearly licences:
- Single Site – US$99 per year, 1 website.
- Business – US$249 per year, up to 5 websites.
- Agency – US$499 per year, unlimited websites.
Each licence includes plugin updates and support for the licence term. Current plans and features are listed on our Pricing page.
3. Subscriptions and renewal
Licences are sold as yearly subscriptions and renew automatically at the end of each 12-month term at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will email you before renewal. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email, from your account area, or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and your licence stays active until the end of the paid term.
4. Licence grant
On payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Product on the number of websites your plan allows, for the licence term. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or share your licence key, remove licence checks, or use the Product to build a competing product. The Product remains our intellectual property. If your licence expires, the plugin may show renewal notices and, after a grace period, stop accepting new bookings until renewed.
5. Delivery
The Product is digital. After payment you receive your licence key and download link by email and in your account. No physical goods are shipped.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee.
7. Support and updates
During an active licence we provide updates and support by email and WhatsApp. We aim to reply within 2 business days. We do not guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin or hosting setup, but we will make reasonable efforts to help.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own website, hosting, backups, the prices you charge your customers, your own payment provider accounts (for example Stripe), and complying with the laws that apply to your ride business, including privacy laws for your customers’ data.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the Product for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to attack or overload our servers or licence system.
10. Warranty and liability
The Product is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost bookings, lost profits or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms (for example by sharing or reselling your licence key). You may stop using the Product at any time.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase or renewal applies to that purchase. We will post changes on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
