Set up RideGrowth Booking

Everything you need to install, configure and run the plugin. Every setting can be changed later.

Getting started

Eight steps to your first booking

Activate your licence. Your key is in your purchase email and your RideGrowth account. It is already filled in on the Licence screen of the copy you downloaded.
Set your company, currency and units. Company name and notification email, currency and how it is written, kilometres or miles, 12 or 24-hour clock, minimum notice and reference prefixes.
Add your vehicles and prices. Three sample vehicles are included so the form works straight away. Rename them, add photos and set your own rates: per distance for transfers, per hour and per day for hire with driver.
Choose where you operate (optional). With no service areas the form accepts addresses anywhere in the world. Add your countries to restrict pickups and drop-offs, and list key places so they appear as soon as a customer clicks the field.
Pick your services and wording. Transfers, hire with driver by the hour or day, or both. Rename every label and button, choose instant prices, quote requests or both, and cash and/or card payment.
Put the form on a page. Paste a shortcode into any page, or use the “RideGrowth booking form” block or Elementor widget.
Take card payments (optional). Add your Stripe keys to accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Without them customers pay cash on the day.
Centre the map on your city (optional). Enter your city’s coordinates under Settings → Maps & routing. Address suggestions then favour places near you.

Shortcodes

The full form. Visitors choose an instant price or a quote request, as set under Form settings. Add mode="instant", mode="quote" or mode="both" to override.

service="hourly" / service="transfer" Add to any of the three above to lock that form to one service, for example a “Chauffeur by the hour” page.
map="no" Hide the route map on one form.
title="…" intro="…" layout="bare" Heading and intro above the form. “bare” removes the card background so the form sits on your own section.

The countries and cities you serve.

In Elementor, search for “RideGrowth” in the widget panel. The booking form, fleet and coverage widgets have colour and typography controls.

Payments, maps and more

Payments. Add your Stripe keys under Payment settings to accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Without them, customers pay cash on the day.
Prices are secure. Prices are always recalculated on your server when a booking is made. The browser never decides the price.
Maps. Maps work out of the box with free OpenStreetMap services. For a busy site, switch to Geoapify (free key) or Google Maps under Settings.
Caching. Exclude your booking page from page caching or CDN “cache everything” rules. The plugin tells WordPress caching plugins this automatically.
Team access. Give staff access to bookings without full admin rights under Team access.
Uninstalling. Your data stays if you delete the plugin. To remove everything, add define( 'TPB_REMOVE_ALL_DATA', true ); to wp-config.php before deleting.
